When you purchase a GovSites website, you’ll be assigned a dedicated webmaster who serves as your primary point of contact. They’ll work closely with your team throughout onboarding and beyond, learning the specific needs of your site to provide personalized support.

Our Learning Management System offers continuous training with guided courses tailored to your service tier, ensuring your team is always equipped to manage your site effectively.

Complete Management

A hands-off solution where our webmasters manage everything, from updates to content management.

GovSites handles document, form, and content migration. We help reorganize, rename, and clean up outdated information, ensuring your new site is fresh and streamlined.

GovSites offers email support Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET, for up to three administrative users. We handle troubleshooting, “how-to” questions, password resets, and manage updates, configurations, and security for your site.

GovSites includes up to 30 municipal users, in addition to the three supported admin users, who can update specific departments or manage the entire website.

Our complete management tier offers unmetered storage and bandwidth (file size limits apply). While direct hosting of video/audio isn’t allowed, we integrate seamlessly with YouTube, Vimeo, and SoundCloud.

Websites are backed up daily, with 30 days of unique backups stored off-site. We also perform nightly incremental server backups, allowing for file or full-site restoration as needed.

Even with full management services, users can handle urgent updates. Both admin and municipal users have access to a complete training series and quick “how-to” videos for easy updates.

GovSites integrates seamlessly with the SDL software suite. Municipalities using SDL Portal can allow residents to log in and complete portal-based requests directly from the website.

GovSites includes a base subscription to the Userway.com ADA widget. Municipalities can upgrade through Userway, and we’ll handle the technical installation at no extra cost.
