SOMERSET, NJ - March 2, 2022 - Spatial Data Logic welcomes the City of Linwood. Located in Atlantic County, the city was looking for a proven software solution that would streamline processes for its departments and increase transparency throughout the building.
With Spatial Data Logic, the City of Linwood is getting an all-inclusive solution built on 25 years of best practices. The municipality will be implementing SDL’s Construction, Code Enforcement, Land Use, Clerk and Pet Licensing solutions, replacing two separate software solutions with one interconnected system.
With its new software, Linwood will be able to streamline and automate permitting, OPRA requests, complaints, pet licensing, inspections, violations and other department processes. The city will also be able to work more collaboratively across departments and create a comprehensive view of property history. By opting for SDL Hosting, Linwood employees will also be able to access their work whether they are in the office or working from home.
As part of its software license, the city can also take advantage of SDL’s mobile app and citizen platforms to further streamline operations. With SDL Mobile, inspectors, zoning and code enforcement officers can access property information and complete tasks in the field using a smartphone or tablet. And with SDL’s citizen-facing platforms, departments can choose to offer public access to property information and services online.
