July 18, 2023 - SOMERSET, NJ - Spatial Data Logic (SDL) is pleased to welcome the Borough of Farmingdale as a client. Located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, the borough will be implementing SDL’s Construction, Land Use, and Code Enforcement modules to break away from paper-based processes.
Farmingdale’s leadership is excited to help modernize processes for its staff, who have traditionally relied on paper to manage its construction, land use and code enforcement processes. In addition to better transparency and efficiency, SDL’s software will make it easier for the borough to manage its planning and zoning applications, permit applications, plan reviews, boards, inspections, property registrations and other development processes. Additionally, with SDL’s mobile app, inspectors can access property history, schedules, applications, statutes, and conduct inspections directly from the field using a smartphone or tablet.
In the future, Farmingdale can also choose to activate SDL’s citizen-facing portal to further modernize processes for its residents. The SDL Portal provides online services such as zoning applications, building permit applications, issue reporting, landlord registrations, property claims, inspection requests and more. It also enables users to search for property and permit information, and track the progress of their applications and requests online.
